All services are provided by The Online Tutors (Website: https://www.theonlinetutoring.com, Email: info@theonlinetutoring.com). No other party is involved in providing services.

1. Introduction

This The Online Tutors Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between www.theonlinetutoring.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the user accessing online tutoring services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

2. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide online tutoring services to the Client. These services include one-on-one tutoring sessions conducted through the Company's online platform.

The subjects, schedule, and duration of sessions will be determined by mutual agreement between the Client and the tutor.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the specified fees for the online tutoring services as outlined on the Company's website or as communicated through other means. Payments will be made via online through Stripe or Affirm.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Tutoring sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability of the Client and the assigned tutor. The Client must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations, as specified by the Company's cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in fees being charged.

5. Code of Conduct

The Client agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during all tutoring sessions. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violation of academic integrity, may result in termination of services.

6. Technology Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the necessary technology and internet connectivity for participating in online tutoring sessions. The Company is not liable for any technical issues on the Client's end.

7. Confidentiality

Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during tutoring sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, academic records, and other sensitive data. 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the online tutoring services. 

9. Termination/Refunds

The Company has a no refund/cancelation policy. However, the Client can wish to terminate at anytime, and the client will not get a refund.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By accepting and using the Company's online tutoring services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
